First, give us a call at (323) 537-8970 and tell us your old pharmacy name - we'll handle the entire transfer for you. Or, if you prefer, fill out our online transfer request form. Either way, no paperwork on your end.
We accept Medicare Part D, Medi-Cal, and most major commercial plans including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, Humana, and Express Scripts. We also work with various discount programs. Don't see your plan? Call us - we likely accept it.

Most prescriptions are filled within 30 minutes of receipt. If your doctor sends the Rx during our hours and stock is available, you can pick it up shortly after - or schedule free local delivery.

Controlled substances require ID verification and signature on delivery, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Our drivers are trained, packaging is discreet (only City Rx branding - no medication names), and chain-of-custody is documented for every order.
Yes. Just let us know in advance who will be picking up, and they'll need to present a valid ID at the counter. For controlled medications, additional authorization may be required by law.
We're open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday. For weekend emergencies, please contact your prescriber's after-hours line or visit a 24-hour pharmacy. Refill requests submitted on the weekend will be processed first thing Monday.
