At City RX Pharmacy, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Please read the following policy regarding returns and refunds to understand your rights and obligations when making a purchase from us.
1. Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are non-returnable unless the return is due to an error made by City RX Pharmacy, such as:
- Incorrect medication received
- Incorrect dosage or strength
- Damaged or defective product upon arrival
In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
2. Non-Prescription Items
City RX Pharmacy will accept returns for eligible non-prescription items, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email or call our customer service team at cityrxp@gmail.com or 323-537-8970 to request a return authorization. Please provide your RX number, details about the product, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back to us.
- Shipping: Pack the product securely and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation. Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Prescription Medications: Refunds for prescription medications will only be issued in cases where City RX Pharmacy made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect medication or dosage). No refunds will be issued for medications returned for any other reason.
- Non-Prescription Items: Once we receive and inspect the returned non-prescription item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
5. Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless required by law:
- Opened or used non-prescription items
- Perishable goods, such as food and beverages
- Personal care products (e.g., toothbrushes, razors)
- Special-order or custom products
6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the procedure above and place a new order for the desired product.

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
